Reinforced Reliability
Sunshine Coast Drill Rigs
Cheyenne Drilling takes pride in operating a diverse fleet of nine drill rigs, each designed for a specific type of terrain. On the Sunshine Coast, where ground conditions can shift quickly from rocky ridges to softer sandy soils, having the right rig makes all the difference. Our team assesses your site and brings in the machine best suited to achieve a clean, efficient bore.
We also invest in equipment that safeguards your water supply. Machine-slotted screens are installed to improve water flow and limit debris, while galvanised headworks protect the top of your bore for the long term.
By combining reliable rigs with high industry standards, Cheyenne Drilling delivers results you can rely on.

How noisy are your drill rigs during operation?
Drill rigs use large compressors, so there will be noticeable noise while drilling is underway. We recommend advising nearby neighbours before work begins. Dust and debris are also expected, though our crew contains the mess as much as possible. Once the job is complete, the site is left clean and safe.
Do you handle bore maintenance as well as drilling?
Yes. In addition to drilling new bores, Cheyenne Drilling provides maintenance services, including bore clean outs and blow outs. This removes silt and debris that reduce water flow. Regular maintenance extends the life of your bore and ensures reliable performance year after year.
What if my property has limited access?
We operate rigs designed for different situations, including compact rigs for narrow driveways, residential blocks, or semi-rural properties with restricted access. By assessing your site in advance, we can determine which machine is suitable and plan the best approach, so your project is completed efficiently and safely.
